PAMA INTL NEXT COLLECTORS 7"
The third (and last) in the series of Pama Intl's limited edition 7"s from 'Outernational' is set to be a version affair. Mirroring the second 7" (which featured I Still Love You More b/w Equality & Justice For All) the next 7" is set to be the killer soul version of 'I Still Love You More' (Bongolian version) and a dub of Equality and Justice for All. The first 2 singles were red and yellow vinyl, this on will be on green vinyl completing the set. Again it will be hand numbered/300 copies only. It's out in March, but be sure to preorder your copy now if you want one. The first two 7"s have now both sold out.

Apologies for the lack of posts on here. Things have been manic. Just back from 20+ dates supporting 2 Tone legends The Specials. An incredible experience, which rounded off with 3 nights at Hammersmith Odeon.

Our new album is out now. Pama Outernational, which has already picked up airplay from a phenomenal 100+ radio shows, including: BBC Radio 1; Mike Davies, BBC Radio 2; Steve Lamacq, Alex Lester, Janice Long & Bob Harris, BBC6; Craig Charles, Shaun Keavney, Don Letts, Cerys Matthews, Huey Morgan, Gideon Coe, Steve Lamacq and Chris Hawkins, xfm; John Kennedy, Kiss100; David Rodigan and BBC London; Gary Crowley & Robert Elms. Pama Intl also won BBC6's Rebel Playlist with a staggering 78% of the vote and recorded sessions for Jon Kennedy xfm and Robert Elms BBC London.

New Pama Intl album

The new album Pama Outernational was mastered last Tuesday @ John Dents Loud Mastering (the man behind the mastering of Island Rcds classic such as Bob Marley, Lee Perry and one of our all time favourite cuts Junoir Murvin's Police & Thieves.) The 12 track album, billed as "the heavyweight dub sounds of now" runs like this...

1.Equality & Justice For All, 2.Dub A Disco, 3.Are We Saved Yet?, 4.I Still Love You More, 5.Still I Wait, 6.He's More Like His Father, 7.Happenstance, 8.Dub A Dance, 9.Question The Answer, 10.Trade It All For More, 11.What You Do Now and 12.Look Out Your Window.

As the billing would suggest the mainstay of the albums direction is heavyweight dub sounds, but with Stax, Johnny Cash, Ken Parker, The Blockheads, Joe Gibbs & Peter Tosh also inspiring, you can expect a fairly mixed bag. Lynval Golding sings backing vocals throughout and takes lead on Question The Answer, whilst fellow member from The Specials, Sir Horace Panter takes bass duties on Dub A Disco and also Question The Answer.

Pama Intl will be touring it Oct-Dec'09 to promote the album's release.
